"After 26 years behind a bar, my passion for service and creation led me to new artisanal adventures. Since my childhood, I grew up in the warmth of spices and fruits, a legacy of my multiple origins. This is how working with fruits naturally came to me, giving me the desire to create delicious jams with original flavors, dried fruits full of sunshine and condiments that awaken the taste buds.

But my creativity doesn't stop there. I like to sew, create personalized objects and do embroidery. These activities are a source of renewal and fulfillment for me. So why not share these passions with you?

This is how the Ateliers Milie were born, a place where I offer my gourmet and homemade creations: spicy fig jams, dried fruits... Each product is designed with love and know-how, with a touch of originality.

The women in my family have been my role models and sources of inspiration. Maryse my mother, Isabella my abuela, Isabelle my big sister and Élise my grandmother from Reunion Island taught me that anything is possible with determination, passion and love. It is to them that I dedicate Ateliers Milie, a tribute to their strength and creativity. With my "l" (Laurence) in the center, I move forward alongside them, strong in their heritage and their support."
